Orders placed through the buy buttons here are fulfilled and shipped by our retail partner. Standard delivery within the continental United States usually arrives in 2–5 business days, and Prime-eligible listings often move faster.

Stone is heavy and brittle, so sets ship in moulded inserts inside a printed box. If a carton turns up visibly crushed, photograph it before you open it. That makes any claim straightforward, and it tells us something about a shipping lane we may need to look at.

A hairline chip on an edge is worth reporting rather than accepting. Sandstone can take a knock in transit, and a chipped coaster is a replacement, not a quirk of the material.
