Returns

Returns follow our retail partner's standard policy: most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, started from the order page in your account.

Coasters that have been used are still returnable if they are clean and dry. A stained stone coaster is not, because staining counts as normal wear on a porous material rather than a fault. It is the reason the comparison table on the homepage says so before you buy rather than after.

If a set arrives chipped, cracked or with the cork lifting, report it through the order page: defective returns ship free and are refunded or replaced in full.

Gift-boxed sets should go back in their box where possible, but a damaged outer box does not affect a return.
